As always Great customer Service should be recognized and I'm just a guy that makes sure the job gets done. Shout out to the TA Truck Service department at 22526 Highway 216 Mccalla, Al. Specific Andrew and Samuel. The customer service outstanding, communication spectacular, but dedication to their overlooked, because if it wasn't they both would get a raise every week for the commitment they have demonstrated as being two of the best techs I've encountered in my 10 yrs of trucking. Give these guys a raise immediately. I came in the shop not sure what was going on with my truck. Once again been at it for 10 yrs, had a clue but was confused about what I was feeling and hearing. Andrew gave me the peace I needed mentally that they would figure out what's going on which he definitely kept his promise. He refered me to Samuel and said Sam was one of the best if not the best guy there is and I can vouch the he is that guy. 7 min and 20 seconds in the job Sam said check this out. Bang boom Pop got you sucka. He found my tow bar to be in bad condition along with another issue. I stopped at two TA truck service centers before reaching this one and they both said they didn't see anythin

Called to see about overnight parking. They charge $25 to park, BUT OH!!! if you come in store to spend $30 on overpriced products, you get 24hrs free. You can park for 2 hrs free, but then make sure you get out before the 2 hrs are up. THIS is why I avoid ALL TA AND PETRO PARKING!!! REALLY $25! This is why I park at Love's and sometimes Pilot/Flying J. But they are always packed, cause honestly, who wants to pay $25 for only 10 hrs or less which is all I need. BOOOOOO! on all Petro and TA.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service we received. We requested road service at 11:00 AM and were given an initial ETA of 90 minutes. However, it took 5 hours for the technician to arrive. During the wait, we called multiple times for updates. Dispatch repeatedly gave us excuses, claiming it would take "one more hour" each time. When we finally spoke to the shop, we were told the service hadn't even been requested yet and the technician was just starting to pack. The lack of honesty from your dispatch team is deeply concerning. To make matters worse, when the technician finally arrived, he did not have the necessary replacement part and had to return to the shop. Considering our driver was only 5 miles away from the TA shop, a 5-hour delay is completely unprofessional. Due to this experience and the constant misinformation, we will not be using your services again, we better call Love¨s truck care nex time. TA Reference number: BM463174

Checked in at around 1600hr for a PM. It’s now 2200hr as I write this review. I have no words to express my extreme disappointment. I’ll just calm myself down, try not to be angry, go to another shop and NEVER come back.

Omg love this TA...Great people running it has everything u need to feel at home, when ur a female trucker its hard to feel comfortably just any where.. They have a game room with pool table, lounge to just relax ND watch TV, home style restaurant. ...They even went all out on Halloween decorations love it. I'll be here everytime I go thru alabama...
